Great sales reps are scarce. We make sure the ones you have spend as much time as possible selling.
Sales teams celebrate closed deals. Nobody celebrates the rep who spent Friday afternoon updating Apollo lists, the SDR who built a perfect sequence across three different tools, or the VP Sales who reorganized HubSpot for the fourth time this year.
But that’s where most teams lose their week. The operational drag — list building, tool admin, infrastructure work, deliverability tuning — is invisible to the company and exhausting to the people doing it. It’s also the cheapest performance gain available to a sales team that already has good people.
We built LeadHQ to take that work off your reps. Not by replacing them. By giving them everything they need to do the work only they can do: talking to customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
That’s what we mean by “operational drag.” That’s the lever you’re not pulling.
LeadHQ wasn’t planned. It was built out of frustration, the same frustration most of our clients walk in with.
In 2016, our founder Daniël was running outbound for B2B clients and kept hitting the same problem: the data was wrong, the tools didn’t talk to each other, and the sales reps spent more time managing infrastructure than selling. He tried every prospecting service on the market. Two of them outright failed to deliver. The rest delivered lists his reps couldn’t act on.
So he built it himself. First as an SEO agency in 2016. Then pivoting to LinkedIn lead generation in 2019, when LinkedIn was just becoming a serious B2B sales channel. By 2024, after years of running outbound for clients in manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, and recruitment, the picture became clear: prospecting and outbound infrastructure are two distinct disciplines, and most agencies do both badly because they try to do everything.
LeadHQ today focuses on those two disciplines specifically. The mistakes we made along the way, the failed outsourcing attempts, the wrong tools, and the wrong assumptions are the reason we know how to do this well now.
We deliver two Services:
Verified, ICP-fit prospects with real buying triggers, including the ones standard tools can't find. Our team has built lists in some of the hardest-to-reach niches in B2B: manufacturers using specific components, hotels running specific Property Management Systems, contractors with their own workforce.
The email, LinkedIn, phone, and signal tracking your reps need to reach prospects, run as one operational stack instead of four tools they have to switch between. Your reps focus on the conversations; we keep the infrastructure running.
We are not a leadgen agency. We don't write your reps' messaging. We don't run campaigns on their behalf. Your reps are the only people who can talk to your customers; that part is sacred. We give them the fuel and the infrastructure they need to do that work without distraction.
Our values are the operating system for our business and the foundation of every client partnership.
If we commit to delivering 500 prospects this month, we deliver 500. Even when the niche turns out to be harder than expected. If we miss, we make it up the next cycle, no excuses.
We push back when we think you’re wrong. If you want to target a list we don’t think will convert, we’ll tell you. If we see a better opportunity than the one you asked for, we’ll point it out. We’re not here to nod and invoice.
Business changes. ICPs shift. Reps get hired and let go. Our delivery absorbs that without renegotiation. When the scope shifts within reason, we adapt.
Every prospect list, every campaign setup, every signal report, reviewed by a person on our team before it lands in front of your reps. Pure automation produces garbage. AI makes us faster. Humans make sure we stay right.
We work with B2B sales teams in industries where prospecting is genuinely hard — manufacturing, vertical SaaS, supply chain, logistics, recruitment, building products. The common thread isn’t size or geography. It’s that their reps need to find buyers who don’t appear in standard databases, and reach them through infrastructure that doesn’t break.
Our team is our greatest asset. We are a fully remote, international team of commercial professionals, project managers, and data experts united by a passion for operational excellence.
We currently have the following vacancies:
Tell us about your sales setup, your reps, your stack, the prospects you’re trying to reach. We’ll show you what would change in week one.
